- Machinery and Manufacturing Process :
A very well laid out assembly
line with on line Testing Facilities and proper
assembly tools and fixtures for perfect and defect
free manufacturing process forms a solid base
for the making of a reliable product. Critical
operations are performed on Special Purpose Machine
(SPM's) to obtain maximum accuracy. Each and every
product is checked for all performance parameters
during and at the end of the manufacturing process.
Use of Hydraulic Press, Hydro-pneumatic Press,
Pneumatic Screw Drivers, Pneumatically operated
SPM's, Regulated D.C. Power Supplies and Specially
designed Horn Testers are used to obtain adequate
efficiency of manufacturing process.

tooling and maintained through production, testing
and packing of products. All the products a part
from being tested on the assembly line after the
production are also Batch Tested as per a very
well laid out format. A well-designed Endurance
Test set-up contributes to continuously monitor
and improve quality standards of products. Vernier
Callper, Digital Ohmmeter, Megger (500V DC), Special
fixtures with Dial Gauge, Regulated DC Power Supplies,
Specially Designed Horn Tester, Digital Meters,
Pin Gauges, Thread Gauges, Coating Thickness Measuring
Devices ensure updated technical competency and
add to our strength to maintain Stringent Quality
Standards. Availing facilities of External Laboratories
for advanced and more detailed analysis of parameters
such as microstructure, Hardness, Tensile strength
or identification of thermoplastics is a regular
feature of our Quality Program.
